Some will claim that some consumer fireworks are safer and saner than others. Statistically, from federal and state sources, the fact remains that sparklers account for the most injuries of any fireworks product. So, use your head and monitor your children for any and all fireworks.
Buyers of fireworks on Indian reservations implicitly agree that all goods purchased from Indian standowners are not to be delivered, possessed, stored, transshipped, distributed, sold, used or otherwise dealt with in a manner or for a use prohibited by local, state or federal laws, whether in Washington or other destination. It is the buyer's responsibility to seek and understand the current applicable local, state and federal laws.

Water, cars, gasoline and other everyday things in our life also have their dangers. We encourage the safe use of fireworks in order to protect property, limb and life. We would never let our children play in water, drive cars or handle gasoline without adult supervision. This is especially true with fireworks.
